Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and on boarding to performance management and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any concerns.
- Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
